  • I’m a therapist serving the states of Tennessee (online statewide; in person in Nashville, Franklin, Pegram areas) and North Carolina (online statewide). I encourage my clients in the strengths that they already have and bring humor in when appropriate. I believe that change is hard, but possible. Realizing you need to bring change to your life requires courage and humility. You have already taken these steps by looking into your options.

    I believe in making the process of starting therapy easy for my clients. We’ve all felt lost in starting and sifted through all of Google’s “therapist near me” results. This should be a process that compassionately and collaboratively embraces your uniqueness.

    Outside of session, I am an avid concert go-er, Memphis Grizzlies fan, and restaurant explorer. I enjoy spending time with my friends, going for walks, and planning my next adventure.

  • I work primarily with teens, children, and young adults. Alongside this I work with individuals and families as they strive for progress in their journey. I practice in person in Green Hills, Franklin, and Pegram Community Counseling Center. I serve any resident of Tennessee, whether in person or via telehealth.
