About

"The opportunity to walk alongside clients as they strive for change is deeply meaningful to me."

Being truly seen and known is some of the most important work we ever do. I'm here to make that a reality in your life. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I serve Tennessee (in person in Brentwood, virtual statewide) and North Carolina (virtual), providing a relaxed, safe environment where you can feel truly seen and heard. Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition or seeking relief from long-standing struggles, I'm here to walk alongside you as we work toward your goals.

I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and neurodivergent individuals, offering high-quality care tailored to your unique story. My background in adolescent formational settings and community outreach has given me a deep appreciation for the diverse backgrounds of my clients. Over the years, I've served people across a wide range of ages, identities, and life stages, addressing an array of clinical concerns.

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach to make sure you receive the most effective care possible. In session, I balance hard work with humor, because laughter is just as essential to the soul as the deep work. In short, I want to see you succeed, and I don't believe in wasting your time or money to get there.

If you're seeking therapy in Tennessee or North Carolina, I'd love to connect.

What I Believe About Therapy

A handful of convictions that shape how I show up in the room with you.

01

You Know Yourself Best. Enough to Know That You Need Some Help.

My job isn't to hand you a verdict on who you are. It's to help you listen more clearly to what you already know, and build the tools to act on it. Therapy works best as a partnership, not a prescription.

02

Connection before Correction.

Real change happens in real relationship; connection is the active ingredient. Frameworks, modalities, and homework matter, but they only click inside the trust we build week after week. I take that relationship seriously, and I won't waste your time pretending it's a transaction.

03

You're More Than a List of Symptoms.

I'm strengths-focused and systemically informed. Even in individual work, we think about the people, dynamics, and history shaping your present. We spend adequate time on "what's already working", as well as on "what's hard".

04

Therapy Should Feel Human.

Expect plain language, honest feedback, and a fair amount of laughter. Healing doesn't have to be solemn to be serious. If anything, the humor is how we keep doing the hard stuff.

05

Different Brains Deserve Different Care.

For neurodivergent clients, the goal is never to mask harder or look more neurotypical. We design supports that work with how your brain actually functions, not against it.

When I'm Not in the Chair

Outside of work, I'm usually at a concert, in the kitchen, trying a new restaurant, building a Lego set, or on the couch with my dog, Phoebe. I am a sneakerhead, amateur foodie, and avid Memphis Grizzlies fan.
