Brentwood and Nashville Therapist specializing in teenagers and ADHD. A young woman with long light brown hair smiling in an outdoor urban setting during daytime. She wears a beige jacket over a black shirt and has a nose ring, earrings, and rings.

I’m a therapist serving the Nashville community by partnering with individuals who are tired of masking their way through life. Whether you are a teenager navigating the social pressures of your peers, a neurodivergent adult navigating a world not built for your brain, or a perfectionist struggling to keep up with the weight of expectations, you don't have to figure it out alone.

My goal is to help you bridge the gap between just getting by and truly thriving. Let’s work together to unlock the parts of your story that still feel out of reach.

You’ve been mastering your story alone your whole life. Now, let’s partner to bridge the gap between having it all figured out and feeling truly whole.

  • I’m a therapist serving the states of Tennessee (in-person in Brentwood and online statewide) and North Carolina (virtual). I believe that before we can tackle the hard work of change, we have to start with a real connection. I don’t just look at your symptoms; I look at you.

Taking the step to seek therapy requires massive courage and humility, and I want to honor that by making the start as easy as possible. This is a collaborative process that embraces your uniqueness. In session, I utilize evidence-based tools, but I also use humor because laughter is just as essential to the soul as hard work. Outside of the office, I’m an avid concert-goer, a Memphis Grizzlies fan, and an amateur foodie who loves cooking.

  • I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating transitions, identity, and the complexities of how their minds work. My practice is dedicated to:

    • Teenagers (Adolescents): Navigating the "in-between" years can be overwhelming for both the teen and the family. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for teens to explore their identity, build resilience, and find their own voice.

    • Young Adults: Whether you’re navigating college, starting a career, or simply trying to figure out "adulting," I provide the essential support needed to manage the inevitable ups and downs of this time.

    • Neurodivergent Individuals (ADHD & Autism): I provide neuro-affirming care that works with your brain, not against it. We focus on your strengths while finding practical ways to navigate a world that isn't always built for your processing style.

    • Individual Growth (Perfectionists, Anxiety, & Daily Struggles): I work with individuals facing the heavy weight of perfectionism, anxiety, and lifelong patterns. Together, we find ways to manage the "noise" so you can focus on the life you actually want to live.

  • I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach rooted in evidence based practices. I do not believe in wasting your time or money. I utilize many different therapy techniques so that we can create the best combination for you. I provide a relaxed therapeutic environment for you to talk, play, explore your inner world, and more. My approach is rooted in theories like experiential therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), restoration therapy, and more.
